Requin is the master of the Sinspire, clandestine ruler of all Tal Verrar's Thieves. In Camorr he would've been called capa. Keeps his offices on the ninth floor of the Sinspire.

His name "Requin" comes from the modern French word for "Shark" a possible comment on his personality and predilection for dismemberment.
